The company gives almost unlimited opportunities to grow: lots of projects and initiatives worldwide, open door culture, experienced team. But do not expect any easy way to go. It's a hard job that challenges you every day. The environment here changes rapidly and you have to run over your limit - this is what I like most and what keeps me at NetCracker. Your career and your tasks depend on your own performance, proactivity and engagement. All worthy affords are rewarded. Corporate culture and team is great.

Cons

Average office, some lack of heating in winter. Overtimes happen and they can influence your private life. Do not expect to combine work with own projects. You will never get promotion only for the length of work or in advance, just for your real efforts (it could be added to Pros also).

1) NetCracker team is the first reason to work here. There’re a lot of people who are always ready to help (really good guys :) ). 2) The company is very fast growing. That’s why there are so many challenging opportunities in NetCracker. 3) International project work is also one of NetCracker advantages. I had great experience working on-site.

Cons

Narrowly applied technologies. I mean, lack of deep research and innovation up-to-date technologies.

What I really like about NetCracker is a perfect match of fast-paced environment and unbelievably friendly "home" atmosphere. NetCracker is that kind of company which develops, inspires and challenges. Having joined the company after graduation, I matured here both professionally and personally. Another thing I would like to highlight is unique expertise you could get during on-site work with world-leading customer service providers. NetCracker puts focus on employee growth, thus everyone here could find its career niche and discover on and on new opportunities. I am really enjoying being the part of the company where every individual is treated as an undeniable part of one big holistic team whose activity accelerates transformation of telecommunication industry and thus changes our world.
