no new projects, all the work is monotonous, no growth opportunities, no choice to work on things you like, no choice to reject work you don't like, even if you reject the work you will be working on it forcefully, a lot of work, favoritism to the core

Project and line Managers don't know how to behave with their employees, they can just fire you at any time for petty reasons and in the end just state that employee java skills are not adept. Line managers don't care much about their subordinates career growth but just see them as burden, as long as you have a project, managers don't have any issue with you but once you are released you are clearly a burden and find ways to fire you. Line managers are the biggest joke in this company which don't even know how to behave and speak, misusing their powers and treating juniors as dirt. No decency or humanity, rude behavior on zoom/skype calls especially during promotion. Office full of ex subex employees who think like gods of the company and we need to worship them in order to just not get fired. No job security and managers expect you to deliver without any proper training.
