The company has great potential to grow. They have lots of work and many customers and travel opportunities. Many of the employees are really good and technically sound.
Cons
The work is really simple and doesnt need any technical or analytical skills. Its like you write down the steps once and then keep repeating them over and over.The most difficult part in your stay at NC would be you clearing the interview. Once in, you dont need any brains. Higher management doesnt give any responsibility to India office. Each and every decision is taken by Russians. All the HRs and senior managers are actually dummies who simply repeat what russians ask them to repeat. They fail to realize that operations in india cannot run in a communist fashion. There is no portal where you can raise your voice or complain against anything. All the time you live in fear that if you speak, they will fire you. If you know how to fake things, how to take credit of other's work, how to put the blame on others, how to shine without doing anything, then its a great place for you and management will help you a lot to reach greater heights.
