Evolving and nacent leadership at India level Not so mature, but evolving HR policies. Good remuneration and hike. Lots of projects ongoing and good pipeline
Cons
Overlapping and mixed ownership and responsibilities between departments of organization. May land in a chaotic Projects at times. Designation may not tell the role of the employees
