      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities. They let you take the lead and handle your work with less supervision - at least my IS is not a micro manager :) This still depends from person to person though

      Cons

      Improvement in some of the internal processes will be good, to help the team succeed.

      Pros

      - Great company to work with. Enormous opportunities if you are willing to take challenges. - The mantra is growth, growth and growth..which is very good. - Sales model is excellent and is helping the company to grow multifold. - The focus on new markets and new technologies like NFV/SDN, Cloud is giving good results.

      Cons

      - Sometime, fair treatment of employees is missing due to not having common policies. It could be intentional so that high performers and/or people playing critical roles can be taken care easily. But sometime, identifying and high lighting such people contribution purely depends on their immediate managers/supervisors.
