Flexible working hours manual timesheet fill 8hr a day

Cons

1.No work on any technology only supports work for everyone, manager and architect and developers and freshers do that same work. 2. Bad HR Management 3. Managers are too bad. 4. Only show off of work. 5. Developer will hardly get a chance to open Eclipse or any other tool in months

1. No good java work. The complex part is done by Russian developers and the fixes are thrown on your face. 2. I know so many java developers who never created a single class file after they joining. 3. Learning about product. No Manager, no lead helps you with this as half of them don't know and half of them will be busy in the calls. 4. Manager should devote 30 mins of his time every day to the team under him, not just having day long calls and give show off like they are expert in everything.
