Pros
Netcracker is a truly global company. The amount of exposure you get here within an year would be equivalent to atleast 3 years at any other place. You might have 5 people working in the team with all 5 located in different countries. The managers are extremely helpful and provide constructive feedback. Though very few in India know about the company, it is a global leader in BSS & OSS domain with more than 5000 employees across the globe.
Cons
The support teams can be a pain. IT, admin, and HR included. Hikes though good are almost always delayed, atleast by 3 months. Communication can be better with the employees.
