A lot of expertise in telecom services, especially in business-processes. Company participates in industry standards development and actively promote them to customers. So the company is at the Top of telecom IT industry. Abilities to see the world via business-trips. A lot of communications with customer if you are on the projects frontier. Very good and loyal management. Great starting point for the graduates. Core staff working over 10-15 years at the company.

Cons

New technologies are coming slow into enterprise solutions. Bad information flows and information sharing inside the company. Not a cozy offices in Moscow.
