1. You can not decide anything on your own, a Russian counterpart will be always above you. 2. Indian managers / HR doesn't have any authority to keep / fire any resource and on the salary hike as well. 3. Employee firing can happen in hours. (You might receive a msg at 9am and need to relieve on the same day). 4. Work-life balance depends on the project and manager.

1.No value for employees....no job security...one can be fired anytime any day even if you give he/she gives their best(especially if someone is a new hire, he/she is at higher risk) 2.Very Bad management and an extremely toxic environment 3.you get zero appreciation even after working for 10-12 hours every day 4.No projects (you can end up working for 10 projects within a year and get no learning/no hike) Anyone reading this review should not even think of joining this company. Sitting Idle would be a far better choice.
