Fast company without any loyalty to people

The best opportunity to learn how to operate in a startup company, even if based on size, you would expect to have processes and support in place.

Cons

Expect no support from the company, whatever happens, you are on your own. There is no care for employees, neither for their career path nor for the personal growth. Expect no thanks, no loyalty. Anybody is replaceable, and you can bet you will be replaced in a heartbeat.
