Nothing good to talk about. Suffering everywhere.

Netcracker is ruining people's lives. There is 0 growth, you'll not learn a single technical thing. All you'll get to do is configure data from excel sheets and turn it into insert statements and for that job they'll ask Java and advanced SQL in their interview. Never got to write a single line of Java during my time there, no help from the manager even when I asked for some better quality work. If anyone is planing to join then please don't, Netcracker will ruin your software engineer career and you'll have a hard time trying to switch later. Management is the worst, they don't care about the employees at all and if you're under Lalchand Sharma then it's over for you. He'll make sure you have a hard time when you try to leave the organization, he'll try his best to jeopardize your chances of getting another job if you deny is retention offer. Don't do the same mistake as I did my joining Netcracker, run away as far as possible!!!

1. No work life balance 2. Very Bad management of openstack cloud team in pune and Russia 3. Worthless HR discussion 4. Uneducated refferal resources were hired. 5. Too much work load. 6. Team strength is poor with no relevant knowledge.. 7. Have to teach new joiners who has 12+ year experience and hired from bad door. With no relevant experience. 8. Manager didn't release to apply internal job posting. 9. No logout times. 10. On call on Saturday and Sunday. 11. Night maintenance activities.

1. No regular appraisal 2. Everyone call as technical manager and no clear responsibility defined for whoever works as technical manager in case more than one TM works for a single project 3. People who want longer career the. You have to learn to read behavioural patterns of line manager, project leader and your co workers 4. Anytime you can get notice for termination so you need tot have capability to get job in 2 months
