1. Depending on the project, work pressure will be there. 2. Lots of project are very outdated and runs on legacy code. If you already work with latest technology and tools, it will be little bit challenging.

- Feedbacks are not transparent, you will never know what your manager has rated you. - Appraisals are not regular, there does not seem to be a standard process/interval for revising salaries. - New office in Gurugram has many complaints of bad management, who are micromanagers, have unrealistic expectations, give undue hard time to employees. Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad seem to be better in this area, better pool of managers there. - Based on your role, there is possibility of very poor work life balance.
