Doing good in Telecom billing. Work on latest technologies in most teams. 90% is fixed pay.

Cons

Employee benefit policies are less. Many teams the designation doesn't matter, work can be different to the designation given.

- Pro-employee culture - The overall interview process and onboarding process is one of the best I hae seen in my career - Customer training dept (headed by Rhoda) is just awesome. I really had a great time learning so much from many individuals from the team - Company policies are really good - My employment was not for long (10 months), as I wanted to pursue my dream of working as into technology training - Anyone thinking of joining the training team, should not give another thought
