So much to learn, great team members, very friendly and diverse environment. Free meals and snacks. Free shuttles, unlimited vacations. A space for growth in certain teams.

Cons

Cut throat environment, Netflix culture in the globalization team was discussed but not seriously implemented. Fear from the team leadership. Hard to maintain work-life balance. Could be extremely stressful due to lack of support from management.
