Pros

The people there are fantastic, the service is great, the facilities are terrific as well as comfortable. Some of the perks were worth it (free Netflix!). The training team is great, the support staff are incredible, all very hard working people, the representatives on the floor are, without a doubt, the best in the industry. And who doesn't want to work "in the movies"? The pay is pretty decent, the benefits are acceptable.

Cons

It's frustrating to work for direct management who treat you like you're an inconvenience but yet you still provide them with reason to boast about top-rated customer service. Lack of communication. And unless you want to be management, lack of challenge and opportunities for growth. "Job security" doesn't really exist for anyone in the Oregon office. Innovation is encouraged yet support for implementing innovation is negligent at best.

Pros

Overall strong culture, good work/life balance most of the time, less process for process' sake than most other companies I've worked.

Cons

We have a lot more people in tech, and this has watered down the culture substantially. There's more politicking to get ahead, and some seem to think the only way to get ahead and stay ahead is to keep others down so they can succeed. The idea of being surrounded by stellar colleagues, while somewhat true, is getting to be less and less the case. The lack of organization in managing resources with such a huge growth spurt in engineering is working against us. My team drastically increased head count and somehow we're busier than we ever were before.

High salaries, low morale.

Pros

High salary, daily lunch & breakfast, good benefits

Cons

Absolutely terrible company culture - consistent looking over your shoulder wondering if you were the next person to get let go. NOT a place for stability. If you work in tech, maybe. If you work in entertainment, this is not the place for creativity or collaboration. Run.
