Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great colleagues, and challenging work. Working with the best of the best in the industry.

Cons

Pockets of poor leadership throughout the company with little accountability. Accountability tends to flow downward; the "keeper test" is used by bad managers as an opportunity to manage people out if they're not interested in improving performance. The ethos that Netflix only hires "rock stars" is damaging to the development of less experienced employees.
