- toxic HR culture. They are masters at luring you in. They have a script that they rinse & repeat to all employees. I know this is a give, but never tell them anything - cut throat environment, meaning, you will have no warning. It's very much like a high school, If you are not liked by just one person that is enough grounds to exit you. They have mastered the gas lighting script. It's on a whole new level. There are no performance reviews, therefore they will invent anything to get you out.
