+ Culture is extraordinary, no yelling allowed, respect for all demanded, smiles down the hallways, hard workers, creators of extraordinary things, all people want to do is bring our subscribers joy. + I feel like I can learn from each and every person, always + Sounds weird, but I feel like I deserve to be here after all of my hard work + Netflix makes me feel like I'm the best person for my job + Culture of feedback, you never need to wonder where you stand + Inclusion. Lower level people are in every meeting, are extremely included and encouraged to take on more responsibility. + Pay is more than I'd get anywhere else for my position + Benefits + Stock Options

Non really... I guess sometimes the free lunch has delicious ravioli that I'm not thrilled about letting myself eat.

Amazing colleagues, free catering (breakfast, lunch, fresh fruit), beautiful office. Nice to work for for a few months.

Cons

Extremely strict timings, job is monotonous and sometimes can be overwhelming (60+ calls a day).
