      Pay and benefits are great. Excellent Coworkers The Job training course is excellent Great place to gain skills preparing for more advanced IT jobs Flexible Scheduling and tons of Vacation Time Fantastic Culture of Freedom and Responsibility

      Cons

      Things change very quickly and you have to be able to adapt quickly. They fire people frequently. Most of the management team has been let go meaning they're extremely understaffed. The work itself is difficult and always changing so it can be a bit overwhelming.

      Pros

      A great culture that focuses on freedom & responsibility and tries to avoid the pitfalls of typical Hollywood. You work among the best and brightest. You're treated like an adult in terms of how & when to do your work-- as long as it gets done and is done well. Plus, I mean, who can resist free food?

      Cons

      The culture isn't for everyone. If you're not performing at your best, you could be let go. Not a place for people who try to skate by.
