There is no concept of bonus. medical and health benefits are not there either. You are responsible for your area of tasks and hardly find someone covering for you. you will be an expect and also kind of silo'd

Great people to work with, great leadership, and constant ability to get your geek on, so long as you fit the mold

Cons

Netflix does not invest in training its people, the expectation is for you to already be a star, or to make yourself a star through your own efforts. Like Reed H has been quoted - it is a baseball team. However, if you fit the mold, this is fine.
