Pros

Compensation and perks like free shirts and events etc

Cons

Management isn’t the best always someone trying to get someone else fired and when people are fired they decimate their character by sending out (sometimes false) emails about why they were let go. I would not recommend this place unless you’re comfortable betting your career on the success or failure of your tenure here.

Pros

- everyone is hardworking, dedicated to their work - great opportunity to experience different parts of the entertainment industry and to work on exciting projects Everyone is hardworking and dedicated to their work, and it's a great opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the entertainment industry while working on exciting, high-impact projects.

Cons

There's a strong emphasis on culture fit and upholding the Netflix culture, though at times it can feel like the standard isn’t applied equally across the board.

Pros

No doubt, you cannot find any other company which provies you all the perks of work life balance. You get early 2 international trips, atleast 1 as on-site or off-site. Highest pay in the industry. World class office interiors, you can even take you friends family to tour the office.

Cons

While Netflix offers exceptional perks and a world-class work environment, it's important to be aware of its unique organizational culture. The company regularly undergoes annual re-organizations, which often lead to shifts in workflows and team structures. As a result, roles that are no longer aligned with the new direction are eliminated. If your position is impacted, there's typically no prior warning. You might find a sudden meeting with your manager on your calendar, during which you're informed that your role is no longer required. Access is revoked immediately after the call, and severance—usually between three to six months—is provided. Job security is ZERO, and it's not a place where you can expect long-term stability. However, the experience of working at Netflix is so impactful that many find it difficult to adjust to any other company afterward. It often inspires a desire to start something of your own, as replicating Netflix's culture and standards elsewhere can feel nearly impossible.
