Pros

Fast paced, benefits great, work with some really talented people, a company that everybody loves, pay above the norm,

Cons

You are always on the tightrope...if you have a supportive boss, you are okay, but if you have the wrong boss, you can and will be fired if you don't "fit" the "vision"....forces a compliance mentality and stifles some really great people from doing even more.

Pros

Pay is good Stock Clean place to work

Cons

Turnover is high You never know when you will be fired Always in fear Vacation policy is a joke - the moment you become an employee, you are given a laptop and Blackberry. You are basically tied down to both (7 days a week 24 hours a day). Benefits are expensive (not fair for a hub employee who make as low as $9-$10hour). I was forced to fire 5 people by upper management due to not being a "fit" for the position.

Pros

It has great people, and great benefits and salaries

Cons

The culture is really toxic. People are always terrified of getting fired (which will eventually happen)
