especially in the beginning of my job at Netflix, I had the chance to experience first hand how such a peculiar corporate culture allowed employees to express their potential to the max.

Cons

way more political, extremely less open to risk, Netflix has dramatically changed in the last 5 years.

A nice american culture in the how the company works, benefits, unlimited days off, good salaries

Cons

A conflict between the local culture and the american company culture makes it impossible to enjoy the benefits of working there. People don't dare to take days off nor holidays, a big disparity between salaries of people doing the same job, and it's almost impossible to advance in your career if you are a woman (male are directors and managers most of the time, women are coordinators and that's just the way it is).
