Pros
International company, amazing culture, care about their employees, great benefits, each individual performs at a super high level which raises the bar, challenges you, and trains your adaptability, knowledge etc.
Cons
You're not here to learn, you're here because you bring something to the table. Sure there is room for mistakes but if you underperform you're out. This company keeps changing and growing so fast. If you like having a certain way of working and you don't like many (sometimes drastic) changes in a short time, this is not the place for you. (+ for some, - for others). This is not a 9-5 job. Company is Global, sometimes you'll have to take meetings in the evening, occasionally on the weekends if people are traveling (or when you're traveling yourself).
