Pros
Great pay, lots of PTO, insurance was affordable, on-site cafeteria, awesome coworkers, great managers
Cons
Being a team of about 50 people supporting the entire globe of customer service sites, the schedules weren't always the greatest. Weird days off, swing/graves shifts, shift bids. But it rotates every few months to make things fair. Also it was hard to get weekend days off.
