Your relationship with your manager determines your environment and tenure at Netflix. HR tends to lean more towards supporting management when things take a downward turn instead of doing the legwork and getting the full picture. The leadership in each team will determine whether you have the right guidance and direction. At times, it can be quite convoluted as it goes down the funnel.
