Most amazing colleagues, always very willing to help, intelligent, encouraging, I really love working there every day. There is a lot of work, but it's interesting and we get to collaborate with great people.

Cons

There is very high turnover and therefore very little job security, after being at the company for 2 years I already have higher tenure than half of the Netflix staff internationally.
