Pros

Great top of market compensation and stock options, unlimited paid time off and office perks, amazing tech and systems! Employees are encouraged to take risks, and are in-charge of their own growth and development.

Cons

Extremely heavy (and unhealthy!) workload. A lot of inexperienced "managers" we're hired during the Covid-19 pandemic and compromised the company culture, which also lead to poor decision making. Teams are frequently restructured and regular company wide employee exit emails fuel anxiety and keep people on edge.
