A lot of amazing people to work with. The work is interesting.
Cons
You always end up working overtime due to overlapping with colleagues in different parts of the world. In my case, I have the impression, unfortunately, that the culture behind it just one big marketing decoration. The type of managers and leads are the ones saying: "charge!" instead of "follow me!", which is a huge waste.
