Horrible hours, the constant policy changes, and lack of respect from management. The nature of the job in itself was bad, as the customer service reps are just there to be yelled at for promises that the marketing deptartment was constantly making with little thought as to how these "features" would actualy be implimented. The other major issue is the lack of written rules or guidelines. The foundation of their customer service is based on the judgement of each customer service rep. The result is that there was no consistancy regarding the resolution of problems that arose. In other words a customer could get one answer from one rep and a completely different answer the next time they call and talk to a different rep. for the same problem.
