      Excellent compensation and benefits, incredibly smart people, interesting work

      Cons

      Breakneck pace, exceptionally long hours (80+ normally), little adherence to company values.

      Pros

      Dynamic, fun environment with lots of thoughtful, intelligent people. It's possible to have a real impact on your field by innovating and moving fast. HR supports employees with tough interpersonal challenges.

      Cons

      When people know in their heart of hearts they are not a top performer, they can be reactive, defensive, fatalistic and bitter. Some resort to toxic behavior. I wish they had the good sense to look for a more secure, less demanding environment.

      Stunning colleagues. no politics. constant challenges on performance. can have start-up like experience. zero tolerance toward untransparency. top of the market pay.

      Cons

      International expansion needs to be better handled. no vacation policy means no vacation. infinite competition and high expectation. too fragmented org structure.
