Business Outlook
Pros
- Geunine desire to preserve a culture of creativity and freedom, with some balances in place, as needed for a scaling, global organisation - The level of transparency here is ridiculous (in a +ve way!). - The pay is extremely competitive - The london and Amsterdam offices are great - Lots of smart people
Cons
- The level of transparency leads to lots of info sharing, which can feel overwhelming - Need for a little more humility - I don't to what extent pay equity exists, given there are large discrepencies between what people get paid, even those who have the same job title.
