Freedom and responsibility; and the company does not sweat the small stuff. The company is forward thinking. The salary ranges are at the top of the market scale. There is a no leave policy meaning that what vacation you want as long as your work is complete. Generally most department become amazed at the accomplishments of the other departments work. The CEO is inspirational when he speaks and his actions are those of a true leader.

This is a culture that promotes freedom and responsibility coupled with extremely talented people resulting in an environment in which I am proud to work. We celebrate success and don't dwell on failures, but rather act on them and overcome. We continue to find new and innovative solutions to provide our customers with the best viewing experience possible.

Cons

If you're not able to adapt to change quickly, this is not the place for you. Being fluid, flexible and dynamic is a must. If you seek rigor, structure and formality, you won't find that here.
