Pros

Open-minded culture and great business ops team

Cons

The execution of strategies is quite poor. Weak central management, which leads to poor decision making, too many items which company trying to do w/out a proper perspective. This results in being late before even started.

Pros

Amazing people in the office, they are what make the job bearable. Great office culture, tons of fun activities on a regular basis. Everyone seems self-motivated to work hard

Cons

Management acts as if they are financially stable and profitable based on what's in the pipeline. The fact is, pipelines can be worth $0, but they want the company to think we have it all. Then, before you know it half of the office will be let go because of budget reasons. No matter how hard you work, or the amazing service you've given customers, there is no job security. Even if you are "friends" with your boss. They'll dispose of anyone at any moment.

A lot has needed to change over the last 18 months to get us to our current position. While we disagree on one major point (we believe that our financial position is quite solid), we can understand why you might question it after a reorganization. Pros

- Hardworking co-workers that are personable - Free fitness classes - Nice office space in San Francsico

Cons

- Layoffs! Our team keeps shrinking - Lack of clear communication from executive team They've been telling us that the company is going to be profitable soon, but with all they layoffs and cost-cutting, we are don't believe them anymore - Compensation (salary) is really low, especially for us living in San Francisco - VPs are overconfident about their abilities and very demanding without really understanding what we do
