Changed focus to mobile and downsized all embedded and web engineers

- Fun work environment (used to be) - Cool, smart people - Great products - Huge success in market - Work life balance good

Cons

- Believed in the old model, company, CEO - not so much with the new direction - Recent downsizing handled poorly - Engineering management and CTO are not competent - Recently bought a company and they are mimicking their model rather than what made the company successful - Transforming into a different company and chasing what is cool recently

Co-workers are in general fun to work with.

Cons

Management and executive team are totally incompetent. Also all the fun engineering work is handed to offshore, who are probably more expensive than the team in house.
