Pros

Some good people, nice office, decent benefits.

Cons

In general the company has a long way to go. Constant shifting priorities, poor management at the exec level, general disrespect of employees and more recently, a culture where no one seems to really know where they stand and layoffs happen fairly regularly and out of the blue. Mgmt needs to get on the same page and figure out if they have a product that anyone actually wants or finds value in (TBD at this point). Once they decide that, they should actually start figuring out the path to get there and stop wasting time and resources.

Pros

Focused company. Small, medium and the largest fitness clubs around the world are using Netpulse apps. Very proud of what we are developing. I like seeing what we design and build get adopted by the best clubs around. This team likes to compete and it sure feels like we are winning in the market. We are paying attention to the products we are delivering and working with our customers to make them better all the time.

Cons

This has been a tough year to endure all the transition, but we are moving forward. Need more company events.

Executives are Incompetent and Overpaid

Pros

1. Great Office Location, the balcony is very beautiful and I really enjoyed the cycling classes there.

Cons

1. The 5 STAR "Growing Pains" Post on here is written by the HR (People Ops). 2. HR have a lot of say in how this company is run. Basically HR do a lot and are very good at talking to people. A lot of talking and a lot of doing nothing. 3. NO ONE in the Executive team can program a single line. Basically Exec Team Knows nothing and are grossly overpaid. 4. This company works for its hungry and demanding offshore team and not the other way round. 5. Executive team (3 people! Cause all the Stars have Quit!) is inept. 6. Product don't ask the right questions, Marketing is run based on fleeting emotions, and the CEO sits in his office.
