Pros

Colleagues: I’ve built relationships that will last a lifetime. There is camaraderie amongst the team to help each other through any situation. Leadership: Netradyne offers access to C-level execs. I can put a meeting on any calendar and they will be there. They are open to hearing negatives & positives and then taking that into consideration. Product: Netradyne has the best fleet safety program on the market (but this is also a negative). The AI tech is insanely good. Benefits: The benefits are great. But what I would like to talk about is how I was treated after a serious car accident traveling home from an on-site visit. Within 12 hours this happened: my direct manager, director of sales, and two people from HR reached out. Within 24 hours, they had scheduled someone for me to talk with (per my request). I was forced to take a minimum of 3 days off. I am typically the type of person that will try to work through any difficulty. I felt so taken care of throughout the process of working through the mental aspect of the accident. It was clear Netradyne felt my health was way more important than any of my job responsibilities.

Cons

Product: keep developing. Having a best in class single product is not something the industry cares about. It puts a lot of pressure on the entire company to compete with the rest of the industry. Sales support: in any good start-up, there should be a straight line of problem solvers. People who are not afraid to roll up the sleeves and get dirty to fix issues. Too many times the buck gets past and the sales person has to clean it all up.
