      Best Benefits I have ever seen at a company. When they say they have an open door policy, they mean it. Always open to great ideas and putting them into action. Recognition is based on a wholistic view of performance, not purely numbers driven. Dedicated to customer support and service. Every customer I spoke to before coming onboard had only good things to say about the product and service. And the customers they serve are among the largest fleets in the delivery industry. I'm proud to be part of a company with 300% growth in one year. Can't wait to see what the future brings.

      Fast paced, and always changing. If you can't take the ball into your own hands to get it done, this isn't the place for you.

      Innovative company with a product that is a true differentiator in the industry, making the roads safer with every customer that has our product installed. Great leadership that is making all the right moves to take us to the next level. It is going to be a wild ride over the next few years and I am excited to be onboard!       Pros

      Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Field Engineers are amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Mid-level management very pressured from executive management and micro-manage their team. They provide a lot of negativity to the teams versus helpful feedback and valuable assistance closing deals.
