throwing people at a problem instead of understand the problem itself senior mngmt is not that effective. senior hires are poor at their job. they re hired because they just spent years in industry not because of their talent to do their job. poor engineering culture... can improve testing itself device production is taking forever.. it's a pain.. good ideas are often neglected processes are often not in place or neglected by teams

1. Incompetent senior management , hence most of time bad office politics. 2. Larger than life persona of top management , hence no platform for feedback sharing or freedom to express. 3. Relies too much on references for hiring , hence surrounded by incompetent guys. 4. No encouragement for team work rather prefer so called individual stars , who fail most of the times .
