Pros

Good Salary, and good learning

Cons

I've had an extremely negative experience working at Netradyne, primarily due to the toxic work environment fostered by certain individuals in management. (Sales Enablement Manager): She lacks the essential knowledge and skills required for outbound sales and techniques. Instead of contributing constructively, she spends her time gossiping with upper management and micromanaging employees who don't engage in sycophancy. Her previous experience at Byjus seems to have shaped her unprofessional attitude. Her behavior has made the workplace unbearable for the Night Shift SDR team. She needs to learn to respect her colleagues and stop discussing their personal lives with others in the company. (Director): He brings a culture of politics to the workplace rather than effective leadership. He should not be considered a true director. (Newly Hired Managers): These managers lack understanding of the SDR role and seem to apply irrelevant B2C managerial skills here. Their incompetence is overlooked due to their ability to flatter upper management. They even struggle with basic tasks like building a simple SFDC report. There is little to learn from them.

Pros

- Offers good products with potential. - There are some talented and hardworking engineers who strive to deliver their best.

Cons

- The execution of projects and tasks is often lacking, leading to inefficiencies. - The company’s processes are poorly designed and can be frustrating to navigate. - Meetings tend to be lack of clear objectives. - The quality of work from some engineers and managers is subpar, affecting overall performance. - The company tends to rush into projects without comprehensive planning, leading to a lack of clarity on objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. This hasty approach results in frequent delays, rework, and compromised quality. - The company often fails to incorporate feedback from team members, and other stakeholders into the improvement process. As a result, recurring issues are not adequately addressed, perpetuating a cycle of poor delivery quality. - There is a lack of emphasis on quality and accountability within the organization. - The company is notorious for its favoritism towards certain employees, promoting and rewarding them based on personal connections rather than merit. This fosters a sense of unfairness among other team members and demotivates those who feel overlooked. - It’s challenging to retain employees, as many leave within six months due to dissatisfaction with the work environment and lack of growth opportunities. - The HR team may be disconnected from the company’s culture and fail to recognize its impact on employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.

Pros

standard technology stack is used.

Cons

everything. i have experienced worst work culture in my entire career of 8 years. they give you minimal hike and compensate it by retention bonus. catch is you'll have to return retention bonus if you leave before year end. hike is for your hard work not a carrot to make you run like mule. and they tell you this once you join and sign the papers. this company culture is toxic, full of negative politics. it has boot licking culture. No respect for innovation, contribution or hard work. your growth depends how much time you have spent in company and how much you have hand in hand with Manager or senior manager. no support for learning the system nuances and blame is very cleverly put on you. technical managers are not at all technical. if your ideas oppose old timers or managers then you're eligible to be cornered and shunned no matter how right you are. if you're happy in your life and you don't like that happiness, join this company to completely ruin it.
