      No boundaries and work life balance organization should be the name, i wish I could give zero stars.

      Pros

      At least they have good tech here, but very poor management of the resources

      Cons

      Can not emphasise enough, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!! They don't want employees to have lunch or guess what even dinner. (yes they extend work to that time). My advice is to run away from here ASAP. That's what I did. No appreciation for good work, absolutely nothing in terms of positive motivation.

      Pros

      Got to work on cutting edge technologies of the times. Also the work culture is very flexible.

      Cons

      No downside as such at Netradyne. Hope this continues as the company grows.

      Pros

      Highly technical team members, always raising the bar. Technology is the key focus in all discussions. Opportunity to work on latest and cool technologies. High performance rewarded with new and challenging work. Great future - we are beating bigger competition. Lunch every Friday, celebrate even small successes. Huge confidence boost to team members.

      Cons

      Lot of work - Most people are busy even on weekends. High priority requests can come at short notice. But the work is exciting and work timings are flexible. People who want limited work, should not join this place.
