Pros

Very good compensation, good work environment.

Cons

Market is tooooo much competitive, avg target achievement of sdr team is less than 20% according to my knowledge. So a lot of pressure on sdrs. They follow hire and fire approach.

One of the most frustrating work environments I have ever seen. Directors, Sales Enablement Managers, and managers are mostly from B2C backgrounds and they are used to treating employees as slaves. They believe in firing SDRs saying their performance was not up to the mark, but how come they survive as our performance is an integral part of their KRA's? They will go to any extent to hit you below the belt. Suggestion - take it or leave it, up to you - Don't ever join this company.

The benefits and the pay they offer is good.

-It is one of the most toxic, stressful workplaces I've ever been a part of, no amount of money is worth giving up your peace of mind for this kind of culture. -For Sales people it's a nightmare in this org, there is no proper marketing team to generate new leads. Same set of data would be worked on day in-day out. On top of that they keep changing the sales process, rules and incentives plan every now and then so there is no consistency is work flow. -There is absolutely no coordination between, HR-IT-Finance-And you respective working group. The whole working process in this org is so clueless. -So much micro-management into everything, like what is the job of an HR to intervene in sales matters?! When the HR team itself is so inefficient to do their tasks. For Ex: I had to follow up for my relieving letter 2 months after my last working day (This is one of the issues of the many issues) -They have a strong hire and fire policy.
