      Pros

      The best product on the market with a team that is very invested and committed. Most people are friendly and work collaboratively. Being in the office to interact directly with teammates and work together is great. Also, being able to work from home is also a plus.

      Cons

      Too much politics and too much day to day interference of executive team. Many existing employees are very territorial regarding their work and ignore the contributions of new team members even when the new team member has a lot more experience. Unfortunately executives also tends to ignore the knowledge of newer team members and favor people who have been with the company longer even when they have less experience. Executives need to grow with the company and realize they hired smart qualified people to handle the day to day work. They need to put their time and effort into the growth and future of the company.

      1. Everyone is friendly and approachable. You can meet and approach management easily. 2. Working on cutting edge technology. 3. Stress level is less. 4. Good Insurance and HR policies. 5. As most of the people are technical, expect least level of politics and straight on point discussions during day-to-day business.

      Cons

      1. As everything is highly technical, you need to have sound technical background. 2. It is a fast pace company, hence you have to be on your toes.
