Every now and then someone in charge shows signs of caring about the employee experience and changing some of the more toxic parts of working for the company.
Cons
The people who are supposedly in charge of the "employee experience" show a great contempt for employee satisfaction or needs. Even at company social outings the mood is forced oh and they are typically sponsored so you are required to sit through a vendor show and maybe mingle with clients. It's a pretty horrible place to work. I'd avoid it. I watched a ton of good people jump ship and decided to join them. It was a great decision. I could also mention the expensive benefits and the pockets of incompetent managers who have fallen up, but there are so many other reviews here that address those issues. The response from Netrix is to look offshore instead of try to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
