The people. The engineering team, administration folks and some of the sales staff are really good people.

Cons

If you are going into a sales position, keep in mind the bait and switch Netrix management will pull on you. From daily activities monitoring, yes how many calls are you making to a seasonal change in compensation plans, Netrix is well known in the industry to only do what is best for the senior partners. If you like micromanagement, with no anger management classes, if you like being lied to without confession this is your place. If you like the admin side, bewarned that you top out in salary quickly and there is no hope for any increase. If you are an engineer, good luck with continuing training, if you can find some class to take, you'll have to pay for it.

No one in mgmnt cared about anything but profit. Not sure how things have changed since the buy out.
