Pros
I've been with Netrix for almost a year now after leaving a competitor. What stands out most for me is the culture and continual work on improving employee satisfaction. I've read other reviewers referrencing solid and they are right for the most part. However there are initiatives to change that and become more homogeneous. There is room for growth at Netrix and I'm very happy with the people I report to. There is a general work / life balance that I love. I'm a techie at heart and don't mind working evenings and weekends if necessary. On the other side of that my directors are more than accomodating for my schedule and personal life when events out of my control happen.
Cons
The only downside I can tell you about is the medical coverage is still expensive, even with recent attempts to rectify it. Hopefully as the company continues to expand they will take a better look on how to get the rates lower.
