Pros

Working at Netrix has been a great experience. The company has been experiencing tremendous growth over the past year. There have been many changes in the structure and culture of the organization. If you work hard, it will not go unnoticed. It is exciting to be a part of the team who will take Netrix to the next level. A huge plus - there are many opportunities for growth within the company.

Cons

Benefits - 401K, Insurance. Gym is tiny in the Bannockburn office. No cafeteria or lunch room, but there are rumors of it coming soon.

Fast-paced; some great, deep minds and thus the opportunity to lean the technology. Initiative bound persons will do well here.

Cons

Management needs to disengage from the day-to-days. Get out of the trenches and lead; make yourselves available to your employees as you are still struggling with post-merger challenges.

Pros

Netrix is a client focused organization that provides their customers with a single source for the evaluation, delivery and management if IT. There is no limit to what you can sell and they have a tremendous marketing team that supports sales and company initiatives. There are very few organizations that can deliver a comparable level of value to their clients.This organization is growing at a rapid pace both through acquisition and organically. They look to add the very best talent available in the market today and it shows as the caliber of customers they work with today includes Fortune 500's, very large financial organizations, healthcare organizations and global service providers with complex networks.

Cons

The company needs to put a better commission structure in place for it's reps. Because this organization is growing a such a rapid pace year over year it can be challenging to keep up with all the changes to the culture but overall I would say that's a positive.
