I found during my time here the partners of the company treated everyone with respect and were very helpful while working through any issues. Great culture to work in.

Cons

limited experience with large customers, so the technology that you were able to work with may not always be the latest.

Unbelievably toxic culture. Some reviews I’ve read of this company do not remotely reflect my experience, and I cannot think of who those people could have been. The company isn’t so big that I wouldn’t have known them.

Disclaimer: (Writting this cause the site requires contributions :)…..Netrix Global currently owns a MSP locatio that was previously “Contegix LLC” in Wyomissing, PA. This is the place I am reviewing NOT the entire Netrix Global or Contegix LLC Organization For starters they Overwork their employees since the helpdesk runs 24/7 and took on too much customers to handle so everyone is constantly overwork and managers are always offering overtime. It was a bit under pay and the worst part of all. Horrible management They’ve all known and protect each since the original company DSS and some from previous call centers. They are rude to employees in the l1 support, overwork them and have this “fear to lose your job” culture and atmosphere with constant write ups to justify sub par pay and yearly raise.
