They care about their employees and mandatory hierarchal communication doesn't exist here. (You can e-mail and message SVPs & Executives even if you don't work directly under them. And they reply back! Weird, huh?)

Cons

The company is currently expanding so a lot of things are happening abruptly & without much warning.
