Just had our annual kickoff for 2021. We obviously couldn’t meet in person like previous years but the company really tried to make it personal. We had good boxes delivered to our houses that we could eat during the sessions. The keynote was much more informative about strategy of the company than in the past and the awards while virtual were very well done. Seemed like a lot of effort went in to it

Cons

There is a lot of change coming in 2021 and therefore lack of clarity for bonus plans. Hopefully that clears up here soon

Great company with great people who care a lot about what they do! Endless opportunities to get involved in projects beyond one's immediate work, consistently promoting learning and development.

Cons

Growing pains - as the company progressed, there was a lack of strategic direction in some areas/departments. However, this has changed for the better with recent organizational developments and future plans!
